The point of the Index is not any single lookup — it is the movement: who enters the trade, who moves up the credential ladder, and how licensed supply is trending in each market.
Figures are neutral counts, auditable back to their source registers. We publish supply; we do not publish opinions about whether a market can absorb a given project.
