American Trades Index is a small company, so there is no ticket queue and no contact form that disappears into one. Every address below reaches a person, and naming the right one just means the answer comes back faster.

Something is wrong, slow, or the answer looks off. Inside the product, the thumbs-down and "Report an issue" controls under any research answer send us the exact question and the evidence it used, which is far faster to act on than a description. Otherwise email [email protected].
If a figure looks wrong, say which figure and which market. Every number the product shows can be traced back to the register record and the date it was collected, so a specific claim can be checked against the source rather than debated.
Invoices, receipts, plan changes and cancellation are all self-serve inside the product under Settings › Billing, which opens the payment provider's own portal. For anything that portal cannot do, including a refund question, email [email protected].
American Trades Index republishes public government licensing registers. If a record about you is wrong, email [email protected] with the state and the license number, and see Corrections for what we can and cannot change.
Being straight about the limit: our tables are rebuilt every night from the registers themselves, so a correction holds durably only where the register agrees or where we hold a documented suppression. We will tell you which of the two applies to your record rather than say "removed" and let it reappear.
If you signed up to hear about work, the private link in your signup email manages everything: availability, what you have permitted, and deleting your profile entirely. Lost the link? Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will send it again.
Trust and Security answers most of what a review asks: where the data comes from, what we store, our subprocessors, retention, and our compliance posture, which we state plainly rather than imply. For a data processing agreement, a security questionnaire, or a vulnerability report, email [email protected] and put the word security in the subject so it is not missed.
The point of this index is to be citable. If you are writing about the skilled-trades workforce and want a figure checked, its methodology explained, or a cut of the data that does not exist as a page yet, email [email protected]. Every figure we publish carries its source and its as-of date, and we would rather you quote it correctly than quickly.
